Level 1 Training

This 35-40 minute class is for those who have not been exercising regularly and will include: 

  • Total Body dynamic warm-up
  • 1 to 2 circuits of total body resistance exercises utilizing your own bodyweight for resistance
  • Static and dynamic core exercises
  • A cool down period with stretches focused on the hips and legs

Level 2 Training

This 35-40 minute class is for experienced exercisers who want a brief but vigorous bodyweight workout and will include:

  •  Total Body dynamic warm-up
  • 3 to 4 circuits of demanding bodyweight resistance exercises
  • A varying array of challenging core exercises
  • A cool down period with stretches focused on the hips and legs

Level 1 classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:15 a.m. EST

Level 2 classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:15 a.m. EST

3 Classes = $30.00 / $10.00 per class

12 Classes = $99.00 / $8.25 per class
