The Miller Method approach to weight loss is not your mom’s diet plan. We focus on body composition and metabolism optimization to improve your health over the long-term.

Body composition is about fat loss, not weight loss. Standard diet plans that emphasize quick weight loss manipulate body water. We provide you with a dietary and exercise plan that promotes true fat loss and muscle gain.

 

Fat loss has the greatest impact on health markers. For example, losing just two or three pounds of fact could equal a big drop in your cholesterol, better glucose control, and reduced inflammation.  

 

Metabolism optimization ensures your metabolism is working well so you can lose fat. If your metabolism is shot (due to hormones, thyroid disease, a sedentary lifestyle, yo-yo dieting, undereating or low muscle mass), you may find losing weight to be difficult, or seemingly impossible.  

 

Our proprietary system allows us to accurately measure your resting metabolic rate and create a plan that will promote your metabolism to run 20-30% faster than the predicted value. If your weight loss results aren’t optimal, we can determine why.

We offer 3 levels of individualized assessment and consultation services. They are listed below from the most interaction to the least.

Custom Fat Loss Program

Lose that fat for good! A customized fat loss program will take your health and fitness goals to the next level. You get:

  • A one-hour virtual consultation to discuss your goals and challenges
  • Customized nutrition plan including calorie and macro (protein, fat and carbohydrate) goals 
  • Customized 90-day workout plan
  • Comprehensive metabolism-based eating program with food tracking guidance, snack ideas, shopping lists and nutrition tips
  • Health and nutrition ebooks and other resources that are only available to clients
  • A 30-minute follow up meeting eight weeks into the program to track your progress
 

Note: This program requires body composition and resting metabolic rate testing, which is not included in the price of the program. We can help you locate a facility to complete the testing.

Standard Fat Loss Program

Get started on the road to better health with our standard fat loss program. You get:

1 and Done

This tier is for anyone who would benefit from an assessment but does not need additional coaching.  Primary concerns include performance nutrition, weight management guidance, and general health concerns.  All sessions are conducted on a secure Telehealth platform.  You receive:

  • A comprehensive assessment of your eating and exercise patterns, health status, and metabolic health
  • Customized nutrition plan including calorie and macro (protein, fat and carbohydrate) goals
  • Handouts and resources to apply your nutrition recommendations
  • Meal and snack suggestions based on your preferences and lifestyle
  • Supplement suggestions

This level does not include coaching or interaction outside of the meeting.  Questions and concerns must be addressed in the scheduled sessions and not over email.  60 and 30 minute sessions are available.
